Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You'll get a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €55.
- For orders under €55, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Quenzli is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may apply once your order reaches its destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
Wrong Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
