Shipping Policy

Order processing: all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Some items may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on the product and your location. Times may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Shipping cost: free on all orders over €55. For orders under €55, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking: once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & duties: orders shipped within the EU are not subject to extra import duties. For any deliveries outside the EU, customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
