Which payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Cartes Bancaires, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and Union Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders over â‚Ŧ55. For orders under â‚Ŧ55, the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on items that are unused and in their original packaging. If you're in the EU, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. To start a return, just email us with your order number.

Which countries do you ship to? We ship across the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us and we'll confirm.

Are your products safe for pets? Yes. Every product is chosen with comfort and safety in mind, using pet-safe, durable materials designed for everyday use by dogs and cats.
