Refunds & Returns

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility: items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return: email us at Thshop.work@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days (your bank may need extra time to post it).

Damaged or wrong items: please contact us immediately with a photo if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we'll make it right.

EU right of withdrawal: if you're shopping from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
